This unique design is a freestanding frame that sits amongst the trees. Whilst compliant with building regulations, the design is anything but straightforward with its triangular base and roof. It offers clear views of the sky and swaying branches through its Perspex roof. The sidewalls include miniature ‘peeps hole’ to spy on friends.

  

Parents where inspired by the effort and enthusiasm of the children and sourced local reclaimed materials to assist construction. The end product is faithful to the original ideas expressed at the initial brainstorming session that teachers facilitated at the beginning of the project. A testimony to collaborative tenacity.
